Recently, several alternative plans propose a 'publicity' about figure of urban architecture that correspond to various and complex values in modern society. Because a function of architecture prolong a civic activity and supplement a lack urban space.
According as most of civic life was formed in indoor space, in other country open the indoor space with public space.
But, the open space is located in outdoor in our country. This is uneconomical because a frequent usage of outdoor open space is impossible in our country's climate and the price of city-land is expensive.
So, the purpose of this study is discussion of indoor open space's need and publicity.
