The purpose of this essay is a research of the christian teachership in the postmodern influences. In some point, the influence of postmdernism is positive. That thinking points out the liberal attitudes from scientific objectivism and rationalism But in some points, the influence is not positive. Because that denies the reality of God or thoological values. The desirable christian teachership needs the three attitudes.
Firstly, a good teacher have to have the charismatic identity in the base of christian beliefs. All teaching ability depends on the God's gift in the biblical traditions. A teacher needs the conviction
of divine calling. Secondly, A good teacher has to love the objects, ; God, church, human, school etc. Thirdly, A good teacher needs the understanding of modern culture and society. The christian education is a process of culturalization. The essences of the Gospel is not changable, but shapes of that are changable in the context. So the methods of christian education nero the effective resses and open-minded attitudes. The well trained good teacher is the most important point in the education process.
