The purpose of this study was to help the people of Kangwondo participate more actively in sport for all. In order to do this purpose we investigated the present conditions of Kangwondo, organizations of sport for all, operational programs and employment- disposition of sport leaders by the government, there after we came to following conclusions.
1. We should employ regional University, Kangwon Development Instituteflffll) to regularly find out about the participation of Kangwon people in sport activities and actively reflect these results in political policies.
2. There should be a way for the personnel of regional conference of sport for all to ensure his livelihood and position in society. There should be financial and administrative supports for the executive office and legal basis for supporting to organizations of sport for all.
3. Events for the Sport Day should be managed well by organizations . group for sports and educational institution, and during the Sport Day sports facilities should be opened for free in order to induce the participation of many various class of people.
4. The government should raise the living cost for sport leader in order to make them work with motivation. Also the government should take into account the regional actual conditions and lower the age limit and the qualification standard.
