The purpose of this study is to analyze the differentiation perceptions of satisfaction as they relate to the physical environment of a convention and exhibition center among convention and exhibition organizers, attendees, exhibitors, and buyers. Twenty one factors relating to the physical environment were examined from preceding studies and according to the result of statistical analysis, it was discovered that three main factors can create different perceptions of satisfaction as the relate to the physical environment of convention and exhibition centers. The three factors are: parking spaces, inside supporting facilities(business center, internet cafe, information center etc.), and outside supporting facilities(accommodation, restaurant and coffee shop etc.). First, there was a sign of differentiation between the 'buyers' group and the 'organizers, attendees, and the exhibitors' group regarding parking space. Secondly, there was a sign of differentiation between the 'organizers' group and the 'attendees, exhibitors, and buyers' group regarding inside and outside supporting facilities. Additionally, Buyers showed dissatisfaction with the parking spaces available. Attendees, exhibitors, and buyers showed satisfaction with the inside and outside supporting facilities. Convention and exhibition centers can use these results for better marketing strategies.
