The purpose of this study is to raise the international Competitiveness of Medical Device Industry in Gang Won province.
In order to achieve the above purpose, this study made 4 alternative ideas though serM-SWOT matrix.
In summary of 4 enforcement strategies of medical device industry in Gangwon province that first. unify promoting system. Second, strengthen of export promotion system. Third, changing the core business from ultrasound imaging device to radiodiagnosis equipment and Fourth, cultivation of training system.
Conclusion of this study presented the summary of study, theoretical contribution, limitation, and did various kinds proposal about future studies.
