Vice President of Google and as one of fathers of the Internet, Vinton Cerf said, “The era of TV is over, in terms of traditional concept” in daily news of England at August 2007. 6 years since then, presently, the issue of term as ‘smart’, changes TV to smart TV. 3 years had passed since the Smart TV launched. More than half of the lifespan of TV is over with the fact that the period for TV change is every 7 year in average, as a result of the survey of DisplaySearch, However, the Smart TV has only one twelfths of market share of whole TV market. Thus, this paper studies company in Smart TV market constructer with categorization for hardware and software companies. It will consider the current problem with trends research and give some solutions, essentially. The result of is paper will demonstrate a proper direction for advancing Smart TV, as new paradigm for Smart TV, with converge of user behavior whose adapt digital device and in the view of user needs.
