The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between the factors of cohesion and organizational effectiveness of the physical education teachers in secondary education system For the purpose the hypotheoretical structure model was established by attaching importance to two factors the cohesion or effectiveness of organization in physical education teacher. The statistical methods used for testing hypotheses were regression analysis. Results obtained through this procedure were as following - It shows that the cohesion of the group of the physical education teachers has a significant effect of the organizational effectiveness. As the motive base member, the incentive of group and identification in the cohesion factor have effects of an organizational effectiveness, the incentive of group gives a positive effect of the duty, the devotion for organization, the satisfaction for duty and all the lower factor and next the identification has an effect on the duty and satisfaction for duty and motive base member only has an effect on the result of duty. It shows that the interaction can not give any effect to other factor.
