Sports activity was proceeded a category of curriculum sports, elite sports, intramurals in the university. Such a sports culture is occur problem of construction because those connect each other. Qualitative methodologies as document analysis, participant observation, etc. were employed of this study, which is focus on such a problem. And the purpose of this study was prepared multiple alternative for more develop a sports culture in the university. For the shake of this study, first, it find that problem occur from each field of a sports culture in the university. Second, searching for such a fundamental reason of problem and solution. Such as a basis, Third, suggested multiple alternative for develop a sports culture in the university. As a results, it proved that most of problems are proper authority`s the monopoly of sports facilities and each other`s lack of concern are occur problem of construction. Therefore, searching for such a problems solution was proceeded through multiple discussion. In conclusion, this study suggested to practical alternative for develop a sports culture in the university; positive concern of proper authorities lecturer and professor about cultural sports, formation and administration of full-time professor`s a teacher in charge system about special athletes, elastic and continuous information about the open sports facilities of proper authorities, prepare of individual support system about sports circle in division of physical education of leisure, equal concern and support about sports culture in the university.
