The purpose of the study was to make a close inquiry into differences in service quality, service value, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty followed by each type of events of participation in sports center. The study extracted samples of 736 participants in events including swimming, golf, fitness and dance(or aerobic) sports in public and private sports centers located in B metropolitan city and K district with purposive sampling. The study applied 660 questionnaires out of them to real analysis. The study carried out data treatment with One-way ANOVA analysis. The results of the study were as follows: First, in the event of differences in service quality followed by each type of events, fitness members were higher than golf members and dance sports members in programs. Second, in interaction and physical environment, fitness members were higher than swimming, golf and dance sports members. Third, in service results, swimming members were higher than fitness and fitness members were higher than golf members. Fourth, in the event of differences in service value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty followed by each type of events, swimming, fitness and dance sports members were higher than golf members.
