The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between leisure motivation, flow and leisure satisfaction in ski and snowboard participants. The subjects were selected by the stratified sampling method. They were composed of 268 people who had been participating in winter sports(ski and snow-board). The questionnaire consisted of leisure motivation(Jung, 1997), flow(Lee, 2007), and leisure satisfaction(Ahn, 2009). In consequence of the exploratory factor analysis, 5 sub-factors(leisure motivation), 4 sub-factors(flow), and 4 sub-factor(leisure satisfaction) were found. Cronbach`s α coefficient were .701~.848, .621~.903, .701~.898 respectively. For the statistical analysis, SPSS 18.0 and Amos 18.0 were utilized. The relationships between research variables were examined by the frequency, exploratory factor, reliability, confirmatory factor, structural equation modeling analysis. The significance level of all tests was p<.05. The findings were as follows: First, participation motivation did have a positive influence on flow. Second, participation motivation did have a positive influence on leisure satisfaction. Finally, flow did have a positive influence on leisure satisfaction.
