The purpose of this study was to recognize the relationship between the sports center employees` emotional work and the job exhaustion, and to validate the mediation effects of job stress and job satisfaction on the relationship. For the study, the researcher selected total 10 sports control centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi province and used the convenience sampling to collect 400 samples from the adults over 20 years old who registered in the selected sports centers. And the researcher conducted the survey and analyzed the 387 copies excluding the insincere responses or double-responses impossible to be used in this study. The collected data used the SPSS 18.0 Version to conduct the frequency analysis, the search factor analysis, the reliability analysis, and used the AMOS 18.0 to conduct the confirmatory factor analysis and the structural equating model analysis and the path analysis in order to validate the research hypothesis. First, the analysis result about the hypothesis 1 ``The emotional work will affect significantly positive(+) influence on the job stress`` was appeared statistically significant and the hypothesis was selected. Second, the analysis result about the hypothesis 2 ``The emotional work will affect significantly negative(-) influence on the job satisfaction`` was appeared statistically significant and the hypothesis was selected. Third, the analysis result about the hypothesis 3 ``The emotional work will affect significantly positive(+) influence on the job exhaustion`` was appeared statistically significant and the hypothesis was selected. Fourth, the analysis result about the hypothesis 4 ``The job stress will affect significantly negative(-) influence on the job satisfaction`` was appeared statistically significant and the hypothesis was selected. Fifth, the analysis result about the hypothesis 5 ``The job stress will affect significantly positive(+) influence on the job exhaustion`` was appeared statistically significant and the hypothesis was selected. Sixth, the analysis result about the hypothesis 6 ``The job satisfaction will affect significantly positive(+) influence on the job exhaustion`` was appeared statistically significant and the hypothesis was selected.
