The purpose of this study is Taekwondo athletes` self-confidence in sports management and sports in the future to cope with the impact analysis Poomsae athletes training and psychological support can do in the game to provide basic data and the need for research aimed at the study conducted on the basis of the results were summarized as follows. First, Taekwondo players` self-management and confidence in Sports, Sports correlation of avoidance coping in self-management to start taking care of oneself, training, management and social support in confidence except for the rest of the factors and the negative correlation was seen expressing one`s emotions management negative correlation in interpersonal management, avoidance and logical analysis, static correlations were seen, most of the remaining factors, positive correlation for each factor were found. Second, self-administration sport of Taekwondo player confident in the ability to impact both proven and proven interpersonal and social management, psychiatric management had a positive effect. Finally, self-management of the sport of Taekwondo athletes in coping with impact of avoiding the negative impact of the interpersonal management, training management was having a positive effect, accident control, logical analysis, mental management, and to start taking care of yourself, training management, mental management in shaping, premiered mental management and training in management, administration and mental relaxation to manage the interpersonal influence was static, expressing emotions in interpersonal management was influenced in the negative.
