Nowadays, the development of air leisure sports is important subject. As a national policy (a long-term plan of sports industry), we performed the in form ationalization·simplication of sports, and have developed the standardization and coding of sports. Also the infra of air lei sure sports was constructed and the systematic management is urgently needed, however we have not been able to respond the consumer`s demands of the time. Therefore, the aims of this study were to classify the kind of air leisure sports, to develop the table to grasp the status of local leader, and to develop the database to construct the infra. For this study, I analyzed the journals such as The Korean Journal of Physical Education, related paper, and textbook on development of database, especially MS-SQL. If we could construct the database infra for air leisure sports leader, it could be possible to manage the leader operation and cultivation, and information. In this study, I constructed the database for the systemic management of air leisure sports, analyzed the regional characterization, and developed the system for efficient management of air leisure sports related information. As a result, I developed the reasonable operating system, which is able to analyze and predict the information on air leisure sports, to manage the leader management systematically, and is able to make real time decision. In conclusion, the construction of application system could be fundamental to development of air leisure sports by offering the policy resources. also we could expect the synergy effect with other related academy.
