The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of coach`s expertism on bowling players flow in games. For this study, the survey was carried out on 328 registered Korean Bowling Congregation (March, 2009) players. We obtained some implications through using SPSS 14.0 program on factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test. simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Firstly, we found differences between player`s recognition on coach`s expertism and their flow in games, depending on each player`s personal traits. Specifically, coach`s expertism in relation to player`s genders howed a higher technical expertism and discernment/analytic for female players than male players, and no distinctive differences were found in theoreticalexpertism. The effect of coach`s expertism on player`s career showed a negative impact on theoretical expertismand discernment/analytic, and no distinctive differences were found in technical expertism. The effect o fcoach`s expertism on training duration showed a positive impac ton all expertism- theoretical, technical, anddiscernment/analytic of the player. And player`s gender in relation to flow in games showed that female playerstend to have more specified/clear goals than male players, and have no distinctive differences in other aspects. The effect of player`s career on flow in games showed a positive impact on challenge, skill balance, clear goals,sense of control, autotelic experience and transformation of mti e. There was no distinctive difference in los sof self-consciousness. The effect of coach and training duration on player`s flow in games showed a positiveimpact on challenge, skill balance, sense of control and autotleic experience, but it showed no distinctive d-ifferences on other aspects. Secondly, there are partial influences for the effects of coach`s expertism in players` game devotion. Specifically, it turned out that there are not significant dieffrences of coach`s expertism for challenge andtechnique. The effect of coach`s expertism on specified goal, both theoretical expertism and insights/abilityto analyze made differences, but no distinctive differences were found in technical expertism. The effect ofcoach`s expertism on the sense of control, there only was significant difference in technical expertism, but notin theoretical expertism and insights/ability to analyze. In teh effect of coach`s expertism on autotelic exper-ience and loss of self-consciousness showed no distinctive differences. For the effects of coach`s expertism totransformed time, there are significant differences in insights/ability to analyze but not in theoretical and technicalexpertism.
