The purpose or this study was to identify the influence of dance educators’ Servant Leadership their students’ empowerment and creativity enhancement. For this study, a survey was conducted in February 2015 among 600 dance major students from an art high school and universities in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do regions based on the purposive sampling method among the nonprobability sampling methods. The results acquired from study methods and procedure above are as followings: First, the study shows that there is a direct correlation between the dance educators’ Servant Leadership and their dance major students’ empowerment. Servant Leadership had a meaningful impact on the role meaning and self-determination. Second, the study shows that there is a direct correlation between the dance educators’ Servant Leadership and theirs and their dance major students’creativity. Servant Leadership had a meaningful impact on the role meaning and self-determination. Finally, there was a statistically meaningful difference in the influence of dance major student’s empowerment on all creativity. In conclusion, the study shows that dance educators’ Servant Leadership have profound implications for their students’ empowerment and creativity enhancement. Therefore, Servant Leadership should be adequately applied depending on student groups to maximize not only the students’confidence and empowerment but also their creativity.
