The purpose of this study was to evaluate the supported employment program implemented by the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled (KEAD). There are 6 indicators including relevance, equity, efficiency, effectiveness, utility, sustainability in the evaluation system. The methodologies used in the study were literature overview and empirical methods(logistic regression, Heckman"s Two Stage Estimation and Cox"s Proportional Hazards Regression).
Evaluation results showed that most of the indicators were good except equity and trainee selection. Especially, for getting job, wage, job retention and social integration related to the effectiveness, supported employment program participant were higher than non participant. Finally, policy suggestions based on the results of this study was presented.
