The study carried out a endurance exercise for measuring with and without kinesio taping treatment and conducted Cybex tests on 7 college students in the physical education department for checking and comparing synchronized muscle function of leg flexor and extensor strengths. Accordingly, it concluded as follows:
Under the load of 60°/sec, when the knee was stretched, there wasn"t any considerable difference under the two conditions, but a decrease gap in maximum muscle strength, total work load, and average power was small after exercise under taping therapy compared to the case of not. With the knee bent, the figure without taping therapy was considerably low (p<.05) in maximum muscle strength, total work load, and average power compared to the case under taping application after exercise. Under the load of 180°/sec, with the knee bent and stretched, there was not any considerable difference, but a decrease gap in maximum muscle strength, total work load, and average power was small after exercise under taping therapy compared to the case of not.
In conclusion, the application of kinesio taping treatment during recovery of muscle fatigue in endurance exercise. conclusionly, kinesio taping treatment is regarded as an effective way to the condition the control of muscles used during the later part of exercise.
