The purpose of this study was to find actual conditions and satisfaction of management fee of small scale multi-family housing under 20 units. Data were collected from 98 tenants living in Seoul area during 30<SUP>th</SUP> of October to 11<SUP>th</SUP> of November, 2012. The data were analyzed by average analysis, one-way ANOVA, t-test and factor analysis using SPSS 18.0 statistical program. Major finding were as follows: 1. 66.4% respondents were not considered seriously when they made contract of tenant agreement. 2. The satisfaction of management fee was quite low(2.85). 3. Management fee for Security was highest in necessity(3.83). In conclusion, Standard agreement of Management fee must be prepared for small scale multi-family housing tenants. To minimize the disputes and complaints between landlord and tenant, general fee and special fee of management fee must be divided.
