The purpose of this study was to investigate the affects of regular exercise habits of university students on the health-related quality of life by investigate the exercise habits and health-related quality of life focusing on exercise habits among university students lifestyle.
As a result, male university students were significantly higher than female university students in VT(Vitality) area(p<.05). In the result of the difference between the health-related quality of life with or without the exercise habits, university students who have the exercise habits showed significantly higher than students who do not have in GH(General Health), VT(Vitality) and MH(Mental Health) area(p<.05). However, Few of exercise habit, exercise frequency per month and exercise hour did not show any significant differences in all ares of health-related quality of life.
In conclusion, it became clear that having exercise habits in male university students help to improve the VT in daily life style, and also have positive affects in mental aspects such as GH(General Health), VT(Vitality) and MH(Mental Health) of university students. However, it also became clear that exercise duration, frequency and time did not have significant impact on health-related quality of life.
