This study is surveyed MIA and menarcheal age of high school gu`1 students in Korea.. This subject are 289girls in Pusan, Ulsan, Unyang, Cheju and Namhae. This study is comparative analysis of MIA, menarclaeal age, height and weight at menarcheal age of subjects. The conulusions of the study are as follows : 1. The Growth, Acceleration of height is continued to Korean girls. Height of metropolitan`s girls showed taller than middle and small cities, rural and islands girls. 2. CIA of high school girls on 1996 showed earlier than one girls on 1985. The Growth Acceleration of height arid MIA that are middle and small city, rual and island subjects are accelerated more rapidly than one of metropolitan. 3. Menacheal age of Koran girls is 12.59∼13.01 years, their menarcheal ages are occured earlier 0.63 years/decade∼1.05 years/decade than late. 4. Height at menachal age of Kin girls is showed shout 152㎝, weight is 45.5㎏ at that time Menache is happened late 2.5 year of the Height - MIA and 1.7 years of the Weight - MIA. 5. Height and weight at menacheal age are decreasing differences between each regions. Menarcheal age of metropolitan girls tendency to stagnation of the growth acceration recently.
