The purpose of this study is to analyse the relation of result-cause to and the path of effect on variables of affecting each basketball game ability of elementary, middle and high school. It was analyzed using the path analysis of structural equation model(SEM) to the variables of population statistics(3 items), physique(13), physical fitness(11), psychology(7) for examining what effect on the basketball game ability and skills(3 items) of each group. In this study, subjects were 96 boys`(elementary; 32, middle; 36, and high; 28) school basketball players. For stability of the data, I suggested result of normality test each variable. I correlation-analyzed each in independent variables and dependent variables, and rebuilt path pattern with the result. After that, I built a new path pattern using modification indices and through testing the path pattern. I can indicate strategic suggestions as followings. In elementary school, the variables affecting basketball game ability are standing high jump, standing height, player career, drive-in shot, shot under goal and side step, in oder of the result-cause effect. Variables in direct effect are shot under goal and drive-in shot. In middle`s, the variables affecting that are player career, age, shot under goal and standing high jump, in oder of the result-cause effect. In basketball skill, those of shot under goal are player career, standing high jump and body weight, drive-in shot`s are player career, self-efficacy, shot under goal and body weight, and middle shot`s are shot under goal, player career, self-efficacy and body weight. In high`s, the variables affecting that are standing long jump, RAF, game career and drive-in shot. In basketball skill, those of drive-in shot are shot under goal, game career and sitting height, shot under goal`s are sitting height, RAF and standing long jump, and middle shot`s are game career, shot under goal and sitting height.
