The purpose of this study is to test the goodness-of-fit of the scale that represents satisfaction levels and comparison of item difficulty according to types of disability in sports for all business of people with disabilities by using Rasch model. The data and the sample were from the responses of those who took part in sports for all business of Korea Sports Association for the Disabled (KOSAD) in the year 2015; the analyzed data were from 1,381 respondents excluding data with no missing values. Rasch Model, which was satisfaction of unidimensionality, was analyzed by Winsteps 3.65 program and jMetrik 4.03 program. It was used to test the goodness-of-fit of items, appropriateness of response and difficulty according to types of disability. Findings were as follows: As a result of analysis, 16 items about satisfaction level turned out to fulfill the unidimensionality. Second, it turned out that the current 7-point response categories were inappropriate and 3-point response categories were the most appropriate. Third, item 4 (satisfaction with attending fee) and item 9 (satisfaction with transportation and accessibility) appeared to be inappropriate in total group of people with disabilities. Fourth, there was a little difference in the goodness-of-fit and difficulty of each item, based on the types of disability. Fifth, it needed to develop more difficult, and more easy level of items which can identify the respondent who is strongly or weakly aware of satisfaction.
