The purpose of this study is to suggest the development direction of educational program for the promotion of disability awareness.
For this study, we anlayzed the DB of survey on the employment conditions of the disabled in the business sector and the cases of educational program. In particular, we conducted the survey of the institutions(public and private sector). There were a total of 1,000 institutions, including educated and non-educated agencies. Based on the results, we conducted FGI and suggested four options for the educational program for the promotion of disability awareness.
First, clarify the education-related legal systems. Second, enrich the contents of education programs, for example, employment models and support systems. Third, specialize the education programs that contains contents, method and instructor. Finally, establish the professionalism in educational administration, for example, certification of the educational institution and instructor.
