본 연구의 목적은 생활체육 스포츠지도사의 담당 직무와 역할을 수행하기 위해서 필요한 역량이 무엇인지 규명하고, 역량모델을 개발하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 문헌연구와 전문가 면담을 실시하고 그 내용을 바탕으로 전문가협의를 거쳐 역량요소의 도출, 잠정역량 인용문제시, 잠정역량을 추출하고 도출된 역량을 토대로 역량의 정의문을 작성한 후 역량군의 영역별로 구조화 하였다. 구조화된 잠정문항을 바탕으로 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 잠정적 역량항목의 내용타당도 검증을 위해 1차 구조화된 이분형 설문조사를 실시하고, 2차, 3차 델파이 조사는 Likert 5점척도 이용해 조사를 실시하여 문항의 적합도와 내용타당도를 검토하였다. 전문가면담은 생활체육 관련경력 10년 이상의 사설 및 공공스포츠센터에서 근무하고 있는 체육지도자 각각 4명 대상으로 실시하였다. 델파이 조사를 수행하기 위해서 연구주제에 관련된 분야에서 10년 이상 근무 경력의 현장전문가 15명과 관련분야 박사학위소지자 15명 총 30명을 선정하였다. 전문가 협의는 전문가면담에 참여한 관련분야 대학교수 3인을 통해 델파이 조사를 통해 개발된 측정문항을 확정하였다. 연구결과는 표면적 역량군과 내면적 역량군을 도출하였고 구체적 역량은 다음과 같다. 표면적 역량군 중에서 1)스포츠윤리지식, 2)건강관리지식, 3)안전관리지식, 4)스포츠의학 지식, 5)트레이닝방법, 6)스포츠심리지식, 7)스포츠관련 법령, 8)종목에 대한 전문성, 9)매니지먼트, 10)대인커뮤니케이션 으로 나타났으며, 내면적 역량은 11)영향력, 12)타인육성능력, 13)대인관계 및 이해, 14)자기확신, 15)자기조절, 16)전문성, 17)고객지향성, 18)팀웍과 협력, 19)사고력, 20)유연성, 21)관계형성, 22)지시역량, 23)팀리더십 으로 총 23개의 생활체육 스포츠지도사의 역량으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this paper was to investigate the core competencies of the sport-for-all instructors specialists from the perspective of competency Modeling. In order to achieve the purpose of This survey was conducted bipartite structured to verify the contents of the primary item validity interim capacity. 2nd and 3rd, we examined the suitability and content validity of the survey questions by conducting 2nd and 3rd Delphi survey tertiary Likert 5 scale. We were working in private life, Sports-related experience in more than 10 years, and the public sports center coaching expert interviews, each subject performed four people. Related areas were selected for Ph.D. holders 15 people over 10 years of professional work experience site name and a total of 30 kills in 15 subject areas related to the research we have carried out a Delphi survey. Was developed through a Delphi survey to confirm the measurement of the related fields questions from three universities can participate in the expert consultation we interviewed experts. This paper was focusing on two questions such as surface and internal characteristics. what is the core competencies of surface characteristics to sport-for-all instructors specialists? What is the core competencies of internal characteristics sport-for-all instructors specialists According to research from the surface capacity group 1) sports ethics knowledge, 2) health care knowledge, 3) safety management knowledge, 4) sports medicine knowledge, and 5) training method, 6) knowledge of sport psychology, 07) sports related laws, 08) appeared on professional sports, 09) Management, 10) interpersonal Communication. According to a survey of internal competence 11) influence, 12), others develop skills, 13), interpersonal relationships and understanding, 14), self-confident, 15), self-regulation, 16) professionalism, 17) customer orientation, 18), teamwork and cooperation, 19) thinking, 20) flexibility, 21) relationships, 22) indicated capacity, was a total capacity of 23 Sport for Sport Instructor 23) as team leadership. In conclusion, 23 factor core competencies for sport-for-all instructors specialists were observed. what apparent characteristics competencies have shown is that in order to fulfill the sport-for-all instructors, one has to have apparent characteristics on 10 fator. what internal characteristics competencies have shown is that in order to fulfill the sport-for-all instructors, one has to have internal characteristics on 13 fator. This paper expects to contribute practically in sport-for-all instructors specialists selection and education in the future.
