The 21st century begins, and with rapid globalization, the important issue is to acquire "highly skilled overseas personnel" in Japanese companies in order to strengthen international economic power. To solve the problem of the decrease of the employment rate of university graduates and the increase of unemployed young men in the general public, Japanese Education for Business is necessary for the purpose of finding employment into a Japanese-affiliated company.
The human resource which Japanese companies demand is one that understands Japanese business culture as well as one with a high Japanese language ability, and a talented person who has communicative competence in various fields.
In Korean universities, institutional effort will be required to educate cooperative students with high Japanese language ability, good understanding and management of different cultures, and productive teamwork. In conclusion, much effort will be required to convey effective Japanese education in the corporate world.
