  To solve the problems concerned with service delivery of child-care for children with the disabilities, the comprehensive data of the specialized and integrated child-care centers were collected. By analyzing these data. this study was intended to suggest the future direction of child-care services for children with the disabilities, especially in the personnel and management process. 51 directors, 160 teachers, and 26 parents were responded with the questionnaires. The areas of data were on basic information of the personnel in child-care centers, the characteristics of the children with disabilities in centers, the method of eligibility identification, the procedure of admission, the ratio of children versus teachers, cooperative relationship between full-time child-care teachers and assistive teachers-therapists, the stresses of directors and teachers and their roles, the needs of in-service training, parents" evaluation of services. Based on the results of analyses, the future directions of child-care service for children with disabilities were suggested.
