The subject of sports is human. Sports without human can be said to have no meaning and value. From the past to the present, there are naturally good players among the players who pursue the excellence of sports, but artificially powerful players have emerged and their histoyr has been with the history of sports. Through various accidents such as deaths, I have come to know variousi tsuations that violate the spirit and fairness of sports. As a result, the history of anti - doping has begun with the seriousness and awareness of Doping. Although several athletes are talking about discomfort and human rights, anti-doping activities are currently being implemented under the pretext that doing so within the law andp rinciple and not deviating from the doping test procedure is ultimately for all players. However, it is only theoretical approaching and reasoning about the essence of why anti-human rights situations in the inspection process have been established, procedures and sanctions were increasingly strengthened, and why doping should be avoided. For this reason, doping tests for athletes can be accepted differently from the intentions due to lack of understanding of anti-doping in the field and various situations. Even in human rights situations, they can not be free from these problems. Many policies of any organization or society have a gap between ideals and reality. However, these phenomena will continue unless the philosophy of anti-doping is reflected in the policy due to the lack of philosophy of human rights as a whole. The question of how to reduce such gaps is the key to anti-doping. Therefore, further research and discussions on anti-doping and human rights are needed. In addition, the studies on doping inspectors and anti-doping education instructors at the forefront of anti-doping activities should be conducted.
