Purpose: This study is designed to shed light on the relationship amogn psychological capital, innovation behavior and job performance of sports center employees. To accomplish such research purpose, researcher identified the causal relationship through regression analysis after having established relationship models among psychological capital, innovation behavior and job performance on precedent research works and hypothetical model. 220 participants were sampled from the spotrs center employees located in Seoul and Gyeonggido region by using convenient sampling method.
Method: Based on this, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analyssi, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis were conducted with SPSS 21.0 program. Confirmatory factor analysis was carried out with AMOS 21.0 program in order to verify the construct validity. Then, the goodness of fit of the model was verified through covariance structural analysis, and based on which, the following conclusions have been drawn.
Results: First, the relationship between the psychological capital of the sports center employees and the innovation behavior was found to have a significant effect on the innovation behavior in all variables such as selfefficacy, hope, and resilience as the sub-factors of psychological capital. Second, the relationship between the psychological capital of the sports center employees and the jbo performance was found to have a significant effect on the job performance from the sub-factors of psychological capital, self-efficacy and hope. Third, innovation behaviors of sports center employees have a significant effect on job performance.
Conclusion: In conclusion, the psychological capital expansion of sportsc enter employees positively affects job performance, and it shows positive effects on job performance through innovation behavior.
