전신경화증 환자는 위장관 침범을 하는 경우가 많으나 효과적인 치료법은 부족하다. 저자 등은 식도 내압 검사, 24시간 산도 검사 및 설문조사를 통해 광범위 전신경화증 환자의위장관 침범을 확인하였고 면역글로불린을 투여하여 치료하였다. 이는 국내에서는 드문 증례이므로 문헌고찰과 함께 이를 보고하는 바이다.
