In order to investigate the effectiveness of golf swing by applying functional golf inner wear in university golf class, we conducted a qualitative study on 30 students in the J. J University golf class. The final factor for each swing section. Address section: ‘Function to remove upper limb strength’, ‘Help to improve upper and lower body coordination ability at address’, ‘Relieve cognitive and psychological burden on exercise plan’, Takeaway section: ‘Provides flexibility in weight movement and upper body control’ and ‘Reduce complexity when moving from exercise planning to performance’, Backswing Top Section: ‘Helps to conserve upper body energy through coordination of upper and lower body’ and ‘Helps to track ball’, Downswing section: ‘Helps to provide upper and lower body coordination and proper timing for hitting’, Follow-through section: In-depth interviews showed the effects of ‘activating and stabilizing upper and lower extremity contractile muscles’. For the direction factors of golf balls, the two categories of ‘concern about the direction’ and ‘the mental burden on the direction of the ball’ helped the ‘straightening of the ball’. In regards to the distance factor of golf balls, it is said that it helps to increase the distance for the two categories of ‘an effort to hit away’ and ‘a burden on the distance’. Influence factors on cognitive function during swing include ‘influence on exercise planning throughout the swing’ and ‘influence on cognitive function on the whole swing’. Results were obtained. In terms of the overall swing satisfaction factor, there were effects of ‘providing satisfaction in the overall golf swing exercise plan’ for the three categories of ‘helping swing results’, ‘helping to recognize swing sections’, and ‘relieving the burden on the swing’.
