This study explores the existence of reading anxitey and general foreign language anxiety among students learning Korean in Myanmar. The study attempted to slove the research questions regrading what factors constitute the Korean reading anxitey of Myanmar college students and what relationships are between the korean reading anexity and general foreign Language anxiety factors and Korean Learner’s reading proficiency. A total of 102 students participated in the study. Modified Freign Language Reading Anxiety Scale(FLRAS) and Foregin Language Classroom Anexity Scale(FLACS) and the TOPIK scores were use collect data and the data was analyzed SPSS 25. Through factor analysis, four factor components were extracted: “self-confidence lack anexity and negative perception”, “vocabulary and grammar”, “understanding”, “Cultures”. 2), the relationship between the student’s general language learning anexity and reading anxiety, 3) the difference in level of anxiety between 2,3,4,years students, 4) the relationship between the student’s scores and reading anxiety, 4) the degree to which the students experience general language learning anxiety and reading anxiety depending upon the TOPIK scores. The results indicated that the students held varying degree of foreign language reading anxiety, and that three is a difference in level of anxiety across the grade levels of the students, and that there was a significant correlation between the FLACS and FLRAS. There was a significant effect of reading anexity on korean reading proficiency, and the result indicated that there was negative correlation between korean reading anxiety and korean reading proficiency scores, in particular, the higher the korean academic process turning less anxiety. The results of this study will be a useful basis for reading for Myanmar learners.
