In previous studies, there were many analyzes of community revitalization projects in terms of regional characteristics, social, physical and physical environments, but it was insufficient to consider the adult part of the economy. It is necessary to consider four aspects of locality, social and physical environment, and economic feasibility that are easy to maintain in a community-activated area. This study seeks to derive characteristics through community activation projects and analyze the contents of the public offering projects proposed by residents (community activities, space creation). As a result of analyzing the current status of the public offering projects proposed by residents, the proportion of community activity projects was much higher than that of the space creation project, in the order of urban type>urban/rural complex type>rural type, which is related to the number of local populations. In addition, among the programs analyzed in 4cases, the social network for neighboring exchanges was the highest, and the economical part was low. It is judged that maintaining the community in this way is related to the economic sector (self-reliance).
Therefore, it is necessary to induce active participation of local residents by identifying important factors among the types of projects in each region and considering whether conditions exist for continuous community activities.
