We report an integrated proteogenomic analysis of diffuse gastric cancers. Genomic alterations supported by proteomic data enabled prioritization of cancer genes associated with patient survival. Correlations between mRNA and protein abundance changes also enabled selection of oncogenes and tumor suppressors affecting patient survival.
