Alternative splicing (AS) is one of the post-transcriptional mechanism that plays crucial roles in biological development process and tolerance to variable environmental stresses. AS events increased dramatically in comparison with normal conditions when plant encounter a abiotic stress. There are many researches performed in response to abiotic stresses in previously reports. But genome widely AS studies focused on multiple abiotic stress and functional analysis of AS events are still limited. In this study, we analyzed abiotic stress responsive AS events using 78 high throughput RNA-Seq data including cold (CT), heat (HT), drought (DT) and salinity stresses (ST).
