Chronic inflammation mediates several diseases, including cancer, allergies, asthma, and autoimmune diseases, and has a high mortality rate. There are several reports of the anti-inflammatory effects of Curcuma longa and Allium hookeri. However, it is not an effective anti-inflammatory. In this study, the synergistic effect of C. longa and A. hookeri was evaluated to confirm the potential of a novel anti-inflammatory agent.
