At present, there are few research results on Chinese reading strategies in Korean academic circles and most of them are carried out by questionnaire survey methods. There are few detailed studies on the reading comprehension strategies used by learners in the process of Chinese reading. For this reason, this research adopts a research method that combines reading tasks and interviews, and focuses on the difficulties encountered in reading to explore the reading comprehension strategies used by Intermediate and advanced good Korean learner of Chinese in the face of reading difficulties. Provide a new perspective for the study of Chinese reading strategies to enrich the research results of Korean Chinese reading strategies. The study summarizes the reading difficulties of intermediate and advanced good Korean learner of Chinese at the word, sentence, and text level, and summarizes 11 reading comprehension strategies. It is found that context strategies, monitoring strategies, and selective reading strategies are the strategies with the largest number of users, while summary strategies and browsing strategies are the strategies with the least number of users. In addition, compensation strategies and native-language strategies have the largest difference in the number of users between intermediate and advanced learners Strategy. Finally, this article also summarizes the characteristics of the reading strategies used by learners with better retelling results, hoping to be helpful to the cultivation of learners’ reading skills and teachers’ reading comprehension strategies.
