The purpose of this paper investigate the transactional exchanges and relational exchanges of user in commercial sports facilities and test a differences between two groups. Transactional exchanges are discrete buyer-seller exchanges of a commodity or performance with minimal personal relationships and no anticipation or obligation of future exchange. But Relational exchanges, which are characterized by cooperative actions and mutual adjustment of both parties, a sharing of the benefits and burdens of the exchange, and planning for future exchanges. So, We propose that transactional exchanges groups that have overall customer satisfaction influence upon repurchase intentions and relational exchanges that have overall customer satisfaction influence upon trust and commitment, and then commitment influence upon repurchase intentions. Trust and commitment are mediating constructs between overall satisfaction and repurchase intentions. The main results are as follows. First, transactional exchanges groups that have overall satisfaction have good influence on repurchase intentions. Second, relational exchanges groups that have overall customer satisfaction have good influence upon trust and commitment, and then commitment have good influence upon repurchase intentions. Trust and commitment are mediating constructs between overall satisfaction and repurchase intentions. From above results, this study concludes that satisfied user(customer) that oriented relationship with their using sports facilities will be have more repurchase intention, if that commercial sports facilities that build up good relationship with their customer provide them trust and commitment.
