The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the participation motive of life sports tennis clubs on exercise commitment and stress. For this purpose, as of 2022, a survey was conducted on 823 people who are sports tennis clubs of the MZ generation (early 20s to mid-40s) living in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Incheon. Ver. The following conclusions were obtained as a result of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using 25.0. First, among the sub-factors of participation motivation, it was found that skill development, fun, health/physical strength, socializing, and external display had a positive (+) effect on exercise commitment. Second, it was found that among the sub-factors of participation motivation, skill development, joy, health/physical performance, and external display had a negative (-) effect on same-sex friends among the sub-factors of stress. Among the sub-factors of motivation to participate, skill development, fun, health/physical, social, and external display had a negative (-) effect on heterosexual friends, family relationships, interpersonal relationships, economic problems, employment problems, and academic problems among the sub-factors of stress. appeared to affect Among the sub-factors of participation motive, socializing, fun, health/physical, and external display were found to have a negative (-) effect on values among the sub-factors of stress. Third, it was found that exercise commitment had a negative (-) effect on all sub-factors of stress.
