This study was conducted to verify the relationship between career stagnation, organizational commitment, and turnover intention targeting baristas working in coffee shops. In this study, analysis was performed using a total of 230 valid samples targeting baristas, and frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 27 version program. The results are as follws. First, barista"s content career stagnation perception has a negative effect on organizational commitment, but the structural perception of career stagnation does not affect organizational commitment. Second, the barista"s content career stagnation perception has a positive effect on turnover intention, but the structural perception of career stagnation does not affect turnover intention. Third, it was found that barista"s organizational commitment had a negative effect on turnover intention. This study examines and proposes ways to increase organizational commitment and manage turnover intention in baristas with short average service years by verifying how baristas" perception of career stagnation affects organizational commitment and turnover intention. Based on the results of this study, it was suggested that more diverse studies on barista"s perception of career stagnation are possible in future studies.
