This study conducted a survey of 300 college students majoring in dance in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do to investigate the relationship between leadership mentoring, dance commitment, and dance continuing doctors. As for the research method, one-way random analysis, correlation analysis, medium-multiple regression analysis, and mediating regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 18.0 statistical program. First, psychosocial, a sub-factor of leadership mentoring, had a significant effect on cognitive commitment, and the role model had a significant effect on behavioral commitment. Second, it was found to have a significant positive effect on psychosocial society, career development, and useless continuous intention, which are sub-variables of leader mentoring. Third, in the first stage, leader mentoring had a significant effect on dance commitment, and in the second stage, leader mentoring had a significant effect on dance continuity intention, but in the third stage, dance commitment was found to have a mediating effect in the relationship between leader mentoring and dance continuity doctor. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to promote dance majors by elaborating the relationship between leadership mentoring, dance commitment, and dance continuity doctors to explore variables related to dance majors’ continuity and to strengthen their entry as experts.
