The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among elf-expession on SNS, cognitive flexibility and participate intention whole life sports for the leisure sport of undergraduate. To achieve the goal of this study, a total of 200 questionnaires were distributed. Out of those returned questionnaires, insincerely replied or double-replied questionnaires were excluded and finally 194 questionnaires were analyzed for this study. The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling using SPSS Version 18.0. and Amos 18.0 program. Main findings were as follows: First, self-expession on SNS had a positive effect on cognitive flexibility. Second, cognitive flexibility had a positive effect on participate intention whole life sports. Third, self-expession on SNS had a positive effect on participate intention whole life sports. Fourth, cognitive flexibility mediated the relationship between self-expession on SNS and participate intention whole life sports. Therefore, in order to participate intention whole life sports of college students, first of all, online space should be secured so that they can actively express themselves on social media through participating in leisure sports, and a system that can deliver support and encouragement should be established. will be. On the other hand, it is judged that the search for and application of various psychological support programs will be an alternative to improve cognitive flexibility.
