Unethical or illegal acts of athletes are damaging the ''fairness'' aspect of sports. A more serious problem is the increasing tendency of players to play games, take drugs, and violence. Deviations in the domestic elite sport culture are becoming serious threats to prevent the formation of a healthy sports culture. In order to eliminate these threats, it is necessary to try to find a fundamental solution from the viewpoint of social structure, not to think about the problem of deviations that arise in the sports field. The purpose of this study is to analyze the roles and tasks of professional athletes for the settlement of healthy sports culture on the premise that the concept of deviant overculture is useful in understanding domestic elite sport culture. The creation of a mature sports culture would be the only way to enhance the ideals and values that sports pursues. Therefore, the following suggestions are suggested by the policy of fostering professional athletes to settle a healthy sports culture. First, visual transition to abuse sports culture. In order to normalize the abnormal practices of Korean sports culture, we must concentrate all our attention and ability. It is necessary to establish a comprehensive and systematic cooperative system of all members and related organizations to create and share sports culture, not individual, and to transform the viewpoint from the individual dimension to the social structure dimension. Second, regular sports ethics training is conducted. Basic ethical theory, social role of sports, sports ethics as a sports person, moral responsibility and duty, sports ethics education should include social ethics and macro ethical contents which can include social context about sport will be.
