The purpose of this study is to identify research trends related to anti-aging policies. Data were collected through Riss detailed search, and 907 out of 2,662 academic journals listed on the KCI from 2000 to 2022 were analyzed with the keywords anti-aging policies, elderly policies, successful aging, and elderly welfare policies. For research verification, an expert advisory group of two Ph.D. holders and one professor in the field of anti-aging and gerontology was formed, and the research results derived are as follows. First, the core keywords of 907 papers related to anti-aging policies over the past 22 years were classified into five categories: elderly health policies, elderly welfare policies, elderly income security policies, elderly employment policies, and elderly housing policies. Second, the results of the year-by-year research analysis showed that the period from 2015 to 2020 was the most active, and the most research was published in 2018. Third, the results of the analysis of research by topic showed that the most papers were on elderly health policy, followed by elderly welfare policy, elderly income security policy, elderly employment policy, and elderly housing policy. When we synthesize these research results, it is thought that various anti-aging-related studies were conducted as interest in health that can improve quality of life increased along with the wellness craze that was a global interest in the 2000s.
