The purpose of this study is to improve the intention to revisit by analyzing the satisfaction factors perceived by tourists who enjoy urban tourism. In addition, having comprehensive opinions from tourists on ways to develop urban tourism is important. A total of 13 interviewees participated in the interview of this study in accordance with the purpose of this study, and the results are summarized as follows. First, it was found that tourists want convenient and fast services and various tourism contents through urban tourism because there are many cultural factors that tourists want to experience while enjoying urban tourism. In other words, in order to develop urban tourism, it was found that there should be a lot of attractive cultural content, and it is necessary to establish a fast and safe public transportation system. On the other hand, it was found that urban tourism has many tourists visiting with family members, so tourism programs and friendly services for children should be prepared, because urban tourism, where children can have fun without boredom, is important for continuous success. Second, it was found that comprehensively analyzing the satisfaction factors of tourists for domestic urban tourism and applying them to the current situation plays an important role in improving tourists' intention to revisit. Urban tourism was found to provide a high level of satisfaction to tourists with various needs because it can provide various types of tourism programs to tourists. The results of this study are to appeal the characteristics of domestic urban tourism more positively to tourists and improve their intention to revisit.
