The Republic of Korea in the era of the 4th industrial revolution Technology in 2023 is the wealthiest country in its 5,000-year history. The 4th Industrial Revolution technologies are the link between machines and machines, and are applied according to the capabilities of each country in the world. Therefore, the Republic of Korea must establish and promote a development plan in preparation for the era of the 5th industrial revolution. The 5th industrial revolution replaces, expands, and connects human physical and mental (intelligence) and sensory and cognitive activities, and the physical, location, geographical, temperature-weather-time environment that surrounds the earth where humans live. The 5th industrial revolution that utilizes the elements of the world according to human will be 'The Age of Divine Technology'. Alternative technologies such as Quantum-AI-Bio-Robot, Cyber AI Sense Satisfaction Technology, Human Life Extension Technology, Human Five Sense Organ Replacement Technology, and human heart, kidney, and lung will advance. This thesis studies the development plan of Korea in preparation for the 5th industrial revolution technology era.
