In the evolving digital healthcare landscape, managing chronic conditions and preventing illness are becoming key priorities. Mobile healthcare (mHealth) platforms leverage digital technologies to give users real-time access to health information, tools, and support. As users increasingly turn to online platforms to share and access health-related information, these interactions offer valuable opportunities to uncover behavioral trends, emotional drivers, and service gaps. This study harnesses social big data to analyze health-related discussions across various online channels, delivering actionable insights for designing user- centered mHealth applications. This research aims to advance the development of more effective and informed digital health solutions by addressing user needs and challenges.
