Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify relationship among critical thinking, nursing process competency and evidence based practice competency of nurses working in middle sized hospitals. Methods: A descriptive correlational study design was used. The data were collected from 262 nurses working in the three hospitals located in G and P city with self-administered questionnaires through July 6 to July 20 of 2015. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistic, Independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, scheffe back testing, Pearson''s correlation coefficient and hierarchical multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS statistics 21.0 program. Results: The mean score of evidence based practice competency was 4.35±0.72 of 7, and critical thinking disposition was 3.30±0.36 of 5, nursing process competency was 3.39±0.51 of 5. Nurses'' evidence based practice competency had positive correlation with critical thinking disposition(r=.417, p<.001) and nursing process competency(r=.576, p<.001). Full model accounted for 65.1% of evidence based practice competency by nursing process competency(β=.567, p<.001), critical thinking disposition(β=.337, p<.001), critical thinking educational experience(β=.109, p=.004), Master''s degree(β=.091, p=.032). Conclusion: Nurses'' evidence based practice competency had positive correlation with critical thinking disposition and nursing process competency. Nursing process competency was influencing factor of evidence based practice competency. Thus to increase evidence based practice competency of nurses, it is required to develop critical thinking disposition and nursing process competency of nurses.
