본 연구는 웨딩홀 서비스품질 만족이 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 실증분석에 의의를 두고 있다.
본 연구의 방법은 웨딩홀 서비스에 대한 연구를 중심으로 해서 서비스 품질 만족도의 여러 가지 요인들, 즉 웨딩홀 내부 시설 및 편의시설, 유치 및 홍보, 서비스 수준, 웨딩홀 접근성 등에 대해서 더 구체적으로 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 웨딩홀 서비스 중심으로 하는 여러 가지 요인들의 중요성을 비교ㆍ분석하고, 행동의도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석한 후, 국내 웨딩홀 서비스와 관련하여 더 나은 제안을 제시하고자 한다.
본 연구의 모형은 독립변수로 서비스 품질 만족도, 종속변수로 행동 의도로 설계하였다.
독립변수를 서비스 품질 만족으로, 웨딩홀 내부 시설 및 편의시설, 유치 및 홍보, 서비스 수준, 웨딩홀 접근성으로 설계하였다. 종속변수로의 행동의도로 구전의도와 계약의도로 정의하였다.
연구가설은 연구모형에 따라 설정하였다.
본 연구의 자료수집은 2019년 7월 12일부터 8월 10일까지 부산광역시, 경상남도 지역에 거주하는 웨딩홀 소비자를 대상으로 조사하였다.
연구자는 조사자에게 서베이몽키(ko.surveymonkey.com)를 이용하여 전자설문을 시행하여, 총 238명 이상을 배포하였다. 설문지를 배포하여 206부를 회수하여 회수율 86.55%였으며, 회수된 설문지 중 응답이 불성실한 32부를 제외하고 최종 206부 유효설문지를 통계분석 자료로 이용하였다.
본 연구의 분석방법은 수집된 설문지 자료는 IBM SPSS statistics version 25.0 for windows를 이용하여 다음과 같은 순서로 분석하였다.
첫째, 웨딩홀 서비스에 대한 일반적 특성은 빈도와 백분율을 실시하였다.
둘쨰, 웨딩홀 서비스에 대한 각 변수를 측정하기 위하여 사용된 도구들의 신뢰도는 Cronbach''s α 계수를 이용하여 확인하였다.
셋째, 웨딩홀 서비스에 관련하여 제시된 서비스 품질 만족도에 대한 웨딩홀 내부 시설 및 편의시설, 유치 및 홍보, 서비스 수준, 웨딩홀 접근성과 행동의도의 구전의도와 계약의도 등 여러 문항들의 타당성을 제시하기 위하여 탐색적
요인분석을 실시하였다.
넷쨰, 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 확인된 집중타당성과 판별타당성을 통계적으로 재검증하고 구조모형 데이터와의 부합을 검증하기 위해 웨딩홀 서비스에 대한 각 변수의 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다.
본 연구의 결과를 통하여 실무에 적용할 수 있는 시사점들을 몇 가지 제안해 볼 수 있다.
첫째, 웨딩홀을 이용하는 소비자의 서비스 품질 만족을 위한 몇 가지의 역량은 구전의도에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 분석한 결과 웨딩홀 내부 시설 및 편의시설과 유치 및 홍보는 행동의도에 영향을 미치지 것으로 나타났지만, 그 외의 서비스수준과 웨딩홀 접근성은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 웨딩홀 품질 서비스 만족은 웨딩홀 내부 시설 및 편의시설과 유치 및 홍보보다는 서비스 수준과 웨딩홀 접근성이 소비자의 구전의도을 결정하는데 큰 영향이 있다는 시사점을 말하고 있다.
전체적으로 이 논문에서 시사하고 있는 것은 일반 소비자가 상식으로 알고 있는 무엇보다도 웨딩홀 서비스 품질 만족은 서비스 수준과 웨딩홀의 접근성이 다른 어느 요소보다도 우선한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이것은 본인이 사용할 때나 타인에게 소개할 경우에도 같은 영향이 있다는 것을 분명히 시사하고 있다.
