Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics and the factors of re-visit intention of patients who had visited the currently operated to regional oral health centers for the disabled.
Materials and methods : A survey was conducted with 874 patients who visited the regional oral health care centers in Korea.
Results and discussions : The patients visited the regional oral health care centers from a long distance because of the specialization for the disabled. As the satisfaction of dentist service and dental hygienist service and facilities increased, the re-visit intention increased.
Conclusions : This study presents basic data that can help activate the operation of the four disabled oral health cares centers, which are scheduled to be implemented in the future, as well as 10 currently operated centers.
