The current status of China''s trade with South Korea, Foreign-invested enterprises in China''s International trade and the manufacturing agglomeration in China''s provinces are summarized in this paper. The theoretical relationship between FDI, industrial agglomeration, and international trade is organized, and it is argued that both FDI and industrial agglomeration have the potential to promote exports, and that the interaction between the two can enhance this effect. Then, in order to determine the impact of foreign-invested industrial enterprises and manufacturing agglomeration on China-South Korea trade, this paper conducts an empirical analysis using panel data on exports from China''s 17 provinces to South Korea in 2010 － 2018. This paper establishes a research model based on the gravity model and the moderating effect model. The research model is analyzed using the two-way fixed effects of controlled provinces and years. The empirical research shows that the foreign-invested industrial enterprises is positive for the exports to Korea，and the interaction between the foreign-invested industrial enterprises and the manufacturing agglomeration is positive，indicating that the manufacturing agglomeration plays a positive moderating effect in the relationship between foreign-invested industrial enterprises and exports to Korea. Considering the heterogeneity of provinces'' economic development levels, the results show that there are differences between high-income and low-income provinces, and that the promotion of foreign-invested enterprises and the moderating effect of manufacturing agglomeration are mainly found in high-income provinces.
